Experiencing Issues with the Respirator Safety Training?

If you are having issues with the CO N95 Respirator Safety Training on MyCompass please follow the steps below:

  1. Try logging in to a UAMS computer or the UAMS webmail: https://webmail.uams.edu
  2. If you cannot successfully log in call UAMS IT (501-686-8555) and have them check to see if your account is locked or if you need to reset your password.
  3. If you can successfully log in, then create a ticket at the following site: https://hr.uams.edu/managers/uams-my-compass/my-compass-trouble-ticket/
